At Elleme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
